When placing orders through a third-party carrier such as www.myus.com (http://www.myus.com/), customers must ensure compliance with any customs restrictions or regulations in their home country. While we strive to provide accurate information, customers are ultimately responsible for ensuring that ordered items comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We cannot provide declaration documents. We are not liable for delays, confiscations, or additional charges due to customs issues. How long does it take?
Shipping times vary but here’s how long it typically takes to receive Timeline orders per country:
United States:
- Free Shipping: 3-10 business days
- FedEx Standard Overnight: next business day by 8pm, if the order was placed before 3pm EST/noon PST Mon-Fri
All other countries: 3-10 business days
How much does it cost?
US shipping
We offer free shipping to US addresses.
International shipping
All other international orders are subject to shipping cost along with landed cost associated with the destination country. A total landed cost includes the calculation of duties, taxes, and other export or import fees. Taxes and duties alone typically do not constitute the total for a landed cost calculation. Other fees could be applied to the import cost from shipping carriers, brokers, customs, or other government agencies. We charge these fees when you place your order so you do not have to pay them when your order is delivered to you.

Can I change my shipping address?
One-time purchase
