Super Powered Supplements

I've used this for about 5 months, but no more. I don't notice significant improvement in any area. The only bottle I received with intact gel caps was the first one. All others had a beige substance & multiple ruptured gel caps. There were no extreme hot or cold weather events at the time of shipping. They came that way from the factory. I had to throw out 2 entire bottles that were unusable. Timeline replaced those - with bottles that also had ruptured gel caps. The other reason I won't buy this again is that research shows the dose to achieve benefit is 1500mg. This means you would need to take 6 gelcaps per day, which in turn means your bottle of 60 will last a whopping 10 days. Much too expensive to do this, especially with such poor quality control.

A New Happy Habit

I am still unsure if this is doing anything for me.  I haven’t noticed much of a difference and I have been taking the Mitopure for probably 6 months.  I will give it a little longer but I don’t see any difference in muscle or energy and I do lift weights

The first week of taking this I noticed fatigue and body aches. I’ve struggled with neuropathy symptoms after my miscarriage 6 years ago and have had difficulty working out, etc. Then after a week of taking this, I started noticing being able to workout more consistently and gaining some progress rather than regressing. Also I have not experienced another neuropathy-like symptom since…might be cured? I’m hoping. If so, this supplement is worth the price!
