A New Happy Habit

I am still unsure if this is doing anything for me.  I haven’t noticed much of a difference and I have been taking the Mitopure for probably 6 months.  I will give it a little longer but I don’t see any difference in muscle or energy and I do lift weights

The first week of taking this I noticed fatigue and body aches. I’ve struggled with neuropathy symptoms after my miscarriage 6 years ago and have had difficulty working out, etc. Then after a week of taking this, I started noticing being able to workout more consistently and gaining some progress rather than regressing. Also I have not experienced another neuropathy-like symptom since…might be cured? I’m hoping. If so, this supplement is worth the price!

It has been difficult for myself to believe that there actually seems to be  THE magic 🪄for your health now. 😊                        With no other oral product, other than an ordinary painkiller, have I really felt the difference it makes. And I don’t think that this is just the coincidence. I have been using this product for awhile.  I take one in the morning before a 30 minute swim and another before bed.  Not a miracle pill but if you are older (like me) it helps you stay active and supports muscle recovery after resistance training.
